Can I request another garment color?
Use the color-request tool to ask. The artwork and available garment have to work together, so a different color is reviewed before production rather than guaranteed automatically.
Can the portrait include more than one guinea pig?
Yes. Choose the subject count before ordering and upload a clear reference for each one. A particularly complex group portrait may need confirmation before the artwork begins.
Do I receive the digital artwork file?
