Can I request specific symbols or colors?
Yes. Put the motifs, palette, and mood in the brief. When an exact flower, symbol, or architectural detail is essential, name it directly rather than relying only on a reference image.
Can I request another garment color?
Use the color-request tool to ask. The artwork and available garment have to work together, so a different color is reviewed before production rather than guaranteed automatically.
Can the design combine several ideas or references?
Yes. Explain how the pieces relate in the brief and identify which details are essential. Complex compositions are confirmed before the artwork begins.
Do I receive the digital artwork file?
No. This listing includes the custom artwork setup and one physical t-shirt. Editable and downloadable artwork files are not included.
What happens if my references are not usable?
You will be contacted at the approval email in the form so a clearer reference or more specific direction can be supplied before work moves forward.

This price covers a ready concept, logo, photo, text layout, or basic cleanup—not a new logo identity or complex illustration drawn from scratch. Front print only. Back, sleeve, and multi-location printing require a separate quote. We do not reproduce unlicensed trademarks, characters, celebrity images, or artwork you do not have permission to use.
Custom-item policy
Because every shirt is made for one customer, approved custom items are final sale except when the delivered item is defective or does not match the approved order. Shirt colors may look slightly different across screens, and white garments can appear softly off-white.
